Our Bodies Melt as One
Take my hand and come with me
First undressing you with my eyes
And then with my hands
As my fingers running through your hair
A passionate hunger of wanting you so much more
My lips meet yours and our tongues entwine.
Caressing your body gently as I lay beside you
whispering softly, I love you, I want you, I need you.
Loving you so delicately, completely and passionately
Watching your body quiver with such sweet pleasure
As my mouth explores every inch of your body
Touching your heart, mind, body and soul
You tell me not to stop you want more
I continue to let my wet lips explore your flesh
savoring every taste making me want more of you
My mouth can feel your racing pulse
The uncontrollable urge to feel your love
Slow and deep inside me
With just one touch you respond
Like you could read my mind
Slow and easy we take our time
Your skin against mine
Our bodies melt as one.

SELF IMPROVEMENT
These self improvement activities will help you become more productive, get into the positive state of mind and achieve better quality of life.
In this article you will also find out how to use your energy effectively, what the quickest way to achieve personal growth is and how to excel in every activity.
1st Self Improvement Activity:
Use your energy on important things If you want to succeed in life, you should not waste your energy on activities that do not bring any benefits.
Such useless activities include surfing the Internet without any purpose, watching TV, worrying and wasting money.
When you are involved in such activities, you have no or little energy left for activities that can create a better future. It is worth prioritizing and accomplishing important tasks first, and then if you still have enough energy, you may decide to do the unimportant.
2nd Self Improvement Activity:
Focus on one task at a time if you want to get perfect results, you should only concentrate on one activity. This way all your energy will go into it and you will accomplish it perfectly.
If you waste your energy on several things at the same time, you will get average results because you will divide your energy between the activities.
3rd Self Improvement Activity:
Control your thinking to avoid chaos in your mind resulting in chaos in the outside world; you should try to observe your thoughts. Once you start doing that, you will notice how many negative thoughts you get daily.
By observing negative thinking you will be able to emotionally disengage from it. As a result, negative thinking will affect you less and you will notice that your days are getting more peaceful and positive.
4th Self Improvement Activity:
Get organized when you live in an organized manner, you do not suffer from stress and your life is peaceful and balanced.
To start living this way, you should start planning your day in advance. This will eliminate any stress caused by being late to a meeting or forgetting to complete some task.
You should also live in tidiness because by keeping your home clean you also keep your mental state clear and peaceful. Such mental state will benefit you in many ways, including improved memory and less negativity.
5th Self Improvement Activity:
Live in the present although this self improvement activity may seem strange to you, it is a very important activity that many ignore. The majority of people do not live in the present. They either dwell on their past or daydream about the future. They seem to forget the most important time of all - the present.
You should enjoy every present moment because your current state of mind always manifests in the outside world, creating your future accordingly.
Therefore if your main mood is very positive, you will experience only happy days. However, if you dwell on negative thoughts, you are sure to encounter many obstacles and misfortunes in the present and days to come.
6th Self Improvement Activity:
Complete each task in a perfect manner whenever you are working on some project, try to accomplish it in the best way possible. Always ask yourself 'Is this project turned out as perfect as it could possibly be?' If the answer is no, try to correct or add something to it until there is nothing that you can improve.
This way you will make sure that each single task you accomplish is done in an excellent manner. By doing this you will create successful future because you cannot possibly fail if you only get perfect results.
Also, when you entirely focus on one task excluding everything else, you will notice that you start enjoying the task. If you concentrate on the task but still do not enjoy it that means that you probably see the task as a means to an end rather than the process.
You should start focusing on the process itself to find enjoyment in the task. Such enjoyment will fuel motivation and you will accomplish everything quicker and better.
If you enjoy your work, you will put only positive energy into it. As a result, your completed tasks will bring you success.
7th Self Improvement Activity:
Challenge yourself Nothing develops you more than challenges. Challenges force you to shift your comfort zone, experience new situations and make you grow. Without challenges life would be very boring and depressing.
Challenges are necessary for every human being who is seeking quality life. Only through trial and error you realize who you really are, which activities you like and what preferences you have.
You can easily measure the success of a person by the amount of challenges s/he had.
8th Self Improvement Activity:
Read personal development books there is nothing more important than searching information about self improvement. Without reading any self improvement books or articles you cannot improve yourself.
9th Self Improvement Activity:
Socialize only with positive people Positive people can inspire, empower and make you happy. It is so much worth to be at least once in a while with positive people rather than constantly spend time with negative friends or relatives.
If you spend your days with, for example, lazy people, you may notice that you are becoming lazy.
If all your friends' main qualities are negative, try to avoid all of them. This way you will not be affected in a negative way and after some time will start attracting positive people.
10th Self Improvement Activity:
Exercise Daily exercise develops determination, focus and patience. It improves your health and strengthens your body. It makes you more active, positive and invincible.
People who exercise every day are always perceived as strong-willed and disciplined.
Conclusion:
These personal improvement activities are sure to put you on the track to success. I hope that you will apply the steps in this article and, as a result, will greatly improve the quality of your life.

WEALTH
I have noticed people thinking/talking about money all the times. The people are so much concerned about money that they count every single penny they have spent or going to spend. When I ask about this, their answer usually is that saving money is associated with the economical richness which is linked with their future happiness. This is fine however there are several catches which should be considered in parallel; for example, if one is saving money by:
1- compromising on health (eating less or eating bad quality food or not eating healthy diet to save money). Is this a good deal in the long run?
2- Not spending on his family’s needs so depriving them from their rights. Is this a good idea?
3- Not giving gifts to his family members, consequently straining the family relationships which results in tense environment at home. Is this a good deal?
4- Not visiting friends and other family members so jeopardizing the social life. Is this a good way of living?
5- Not paying taxes to government so committing crime which is punishable in this world and hereafter.
6- Not paying Zakat/charity so depriving the less fortunate to enjoy the life and polluting the whole income and join the gang who are not in good books of Lord.
While analyzing the scenario of association of money with Happiness, I had these questions in my mind. What is the real definition of richness? Is this only money which one should be craving about? Or there are other things which need to ponder as well? Can wealth make me happy? What is real wealth? While thinking about the answers I concluded that there are four things which can make me happy. 1) Good Family Relations 2) Good Official Life 3) Good economical status 4) Good social Life. While thinking about Wealth, I ended up with having these types of wealth:
1- Physical Wealth
This is a great blessing indeed. If my major body parts are functional, nothing like that. I already posses loads of wealth. Imagine a millionaire having a plastic leg or hand. What if Lord offers you to exchange a million dollars at the cost of your eye or Leg? Off course you would never go for that option. So you have to feel happy about being healthy as this is amazing blessing. I would highly recommend not saving money at the cost of my health. And If you do it today, you will do it reverse as well, that means, you will be spending the same money to recover your health but off course with all the side effects of bad health. 2- Family Wealth
Family wealth means having healthy family relationships may it be with mother or spouse or kids. This is something extremely important to which everyone should work considering the fact that a major percentage of our life is spent with the family members. Keeping your family happy does not involve a lot of money expense hence you can keep your family happy by small good deeds even. For example, eating ice cream at the end of the day with all family, taking family to a park on weekend, sharing jokes before going to bed and/or bringing small nice gifts can make big difference for making family bonds stronger and stronger whereby increasing Family Wealth.
3- Inner Wealth
This is something which controls your emotions, your behavior, your character and definitely your destiny. Being optimistic, problem solver and positive thinker will make you a super hero in true colors. These qualities can bring about superb results and would control your peace of mind ultimately. Always remember: No one is in-charge of your happiness, except you. So control your thoughts and have a healthy “Inner Wealth” bank account. 4- Career Wealth
A positive environment, a nice colleague at work, a genuine team leader and a mature department head are real blessings. But sometimes you won’t get all these in one package as it is said that you can select your friend but cant select your Team Leader or Director. However you can learn to manage your office environment up to large extent, you can manage your time and work load. You can have a balanced work-home load. You can sharp your skills by reading/trainings etc. Career Wealth is something which cannot be ignored while striving for happiness. There is load of information on internet which you can read to improve your “Career Wealth”. Google it.
5- Economical Wealth
I believe I don’t need to write any specific thing in this category as everyone already working on it day to day. I must say that economical savings should never be done at the cost of your Physical Wealth or Family Wealth. Further, we should always put aside a small percentage of money (say 5%) for social causes (hospital, helping needy families, spending on less fortunate people and other charity causes). From a Muslim’s perspective, every single penny you spend in Allah’s way is being saved in your Akhira Bank Account and you are going to get the benefit up to so many time based on your intensions and offcourse this results in Baraka in your family !!!
6- Impact Wealth
This is something different from other categories. Do you have a wealthy mental approach so that you do something for society. Everyone lives for himself but do you live for others? Are you helping person? Are you taking part in any social causes? Helping others gives real peace of mind and happiness so in my opinion it is a type of wealth. So how much Impact Wealth do you own? The article written by Junaid (mjunaidtahir at gmail dot com – feel free to comment)
Conclusion: Life is all about love and peace. We have to have simple rules for living. Complications arise when we start taking life too seriously by thinking about our wants too much. We have to live more with our Needs than our Wants

5 LIES
Personal development gurus tell some impressive lies in order to sell their products. That's right. Lies. These convenient little falsehoods are effective motivators because they play on primal human needs and emotions. Shouldn't people who promote personal growth for a living be uncommonly straightforward in their marketing? Sadly, this is far from true, even among the popular names in the field.
The good news is that once you understand these, you are free to grow and develop in realistic ways.
Guru Lie #1: You can have anything you want.
It sounds so good, especially after you have been swept away by a motivational message that ignites your passion for becoming all you can be. You can do anything you put your mind to! There is only one problem. You can't. You cannot have anything you want in life. When it comes down to it, this lie is so blatant that it is downright silly.
In high school I was a gifted tennis player with dreams of playing in college and taking my shot at the pros. I lived, breathed and dreamed tennis. I'm not sure I have ever wanted anything more than to play tennis for a living. Then my shoulders went bad. One rotator-cuff injury lead to another and before long my dreams slipped away. My body wasn't up for it, so I never even had a chance to defy the one in a million odds of hitting the pro circuit. That's life.
That is life. You don't always get what you want and there are many desirable things that lie eternally outside the sphere of possibility. I want to go to the moon. I want to protect my teenagers from every lurking danger in life (as they go about pursuing those very dangers). I'll never play basketball like Michael Jordan or write like Shakespeare. I don't have those gifts.
This is actually good news. If you set out to accomplish something totally realistic like starting a new business or getting a promotion or losing 10 pounds or being a better partner, you will be much more likely to achieve it. And there are more wonderful, realistic things to accomplish than you can possibly get around to in a lifetime.
Guru Lie #2: Change is easy.
I'm not suggesting that change is necessarily difficult. It just needs to be looked at from a different perspective, like this one: All change requires sacrifice. That line doesn't make for good sales copy though, does it? Nevertheless, it is true. Sometimes the sacrifice is relatively easy, which makes it less noticeable. At other times the required sacrifice is overwhelming. If I want to lose weight, I need to give up the donuts. If I want to stop arguing, I need to quit indulging my temper. If I want to improve my financial situation, I will need to spend less (sacrificing whatever I was spending more on) or make more money (sacrificing my time and energy doing whatever that takes).
Even when change is merely a matter of learning new skills, it still requires sacrifice. If I want the job promotion that requires additional training, I need to get that training and sacrifice the time, money and effort necessary. Is it worth it? Of course! It may be even be fun. Sacrifices are only labeled as such when they are difficult.
What do you need to sacrifice in order to get what you want? The more willingly you sacrifice, the greater the chance of success. This approach doesn't sell as many books (as a study of the history of book sales will reveal) but it puts readers in a position to actually succeed.
Guru Lie #3: Mastery comes quickly.
My expertise lies in the realm of interpersonal communication. I have spent 25 years studying how the mind works and how people relate to each other. In that time I've mastered quite a few concepts and put them into practice. I see things about people and situations that untrained eyes are blind to. It is fair to say that I have developed a degree of mastery.
It came slowly but surely over years, two steps forward and one step back. I didn't take a crash course. I took dozens of crash courses, several long-term programs and a decade-long mentorship. I tell people who want to become masters of interpersonal communication that they need to be willing to spend at least a year studying and applying some basic yet little known principles and then practice regularly for the rest of their lives. This is what masters do. Why pretend otherwise?
Guru Lie #4: Your mind can be programmed for success.
You are not a robot. No one can punch your mental buttons and reformat your brain. There are no magical mental codes that will set you free. You set yourself free by the choices you make, the things you learn and the character you develop over time.
What to make of all the personal growth strategies, techniques and protocols? They are wonderful. Everyone needs tools. There is no inherent power in them, however. The tools are merely helpful, albeit sometimes very helpful. Yet they are not as powerful as your determination, persistence, honesty, self-awareness and passion. These are the resources that make all of the difference, driving you to overcome obstacles and succeed. Don't put your faith in somebody's protocol. Put faith in yourself.
Guru Lie #5: All you need to do is…
We all crave certainty and are willing to pay dearly for it. The insurance industry exists because of this, as well as many of our cultural institutions. So, when the gurus show up and, with all the confidence and charisma in the world, assure you that your life will change if you just follow their instructions, it is nearly irresistible. Here it is folks, all you need to succeed in one neat little package with a bow on top!
Sorry, it doesn't work that way. And why should you limit yourself to one neat little package when there is so much more to learn? Don't limit yourself to somebody else's methods. Learn them all! Seek answers in every book, mini-course, and seminar. Develop your intuition and spiritual power. Seek answers within and without. Don't settle on anything that will stop you from learning more. If there is an all you really need to do is solution, it is this: Leave no stone unturned until your dying breath.
Should we stop buying personal development products from people who are unrealistic in their marketing claims? Probably not. That might eliminate the entire market. I'd suggest making your decision to purchase or not based on something beyond the phony claims.
The good news is that once you understand these, you are free to grow and develop in realistic ways.

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
Hypertension or high blood pressure, as it is more commonly known, is regarded as a silent killer. It is a disease of the modern age. The fast pace of life and the mental and physical pressures caused by the increasingly industrialised and metropolitan environments have a role to play in the rise in blood pressure. Blood pressure is measured with an instrument called sphygnomanometer in millimetres of mercury. The highest pressure reached during each heart beat is called systolic pressure, and the lowest between two beat is known as diastolic pressure. Most young adults have blood pressure around 120/80. It increases normally with age, even going upto 160/90.
Symptoms of high blood pressure
Pain at the back of the head and neck
The first symptom of hypertension may appear as a pain at the back of the head and neck on waking in the morning, which soon disappears.
Dizziness, Palpitations
Some of the other common symptoms are dizziness, palpitations, pain in the region of the heart, frequent urination, nervous tension, fatigue, and difficulty in breathing.
Causes of high blood pressure
Stress and faulty life style
The main causes of high blood pressure are stress and a faulty style of living. Smoking and an excessive intake of intoxicants, tea, coffee, and refined foods destroy the natural pace of life and prevent the expulsion of waste and poisonous matter from the body. Hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis), obesity, and diabetes lead to hypertension.
Excessive intake of common salt, and high fat diet
Other causes of high blood pressure are an excessive intake of common table salt, and eating a high fat and low fibre diet.
Home remedies for high blood pressure
High Blood Pressure treatment using Garlic
Garlic is regarded as an effective means of lowering blood pressure. It is said to reduce spasms of the small arteries. It also slows down the pulse rate and modifies the heart rhythm, besides relieving the symptoms of dizziness, numbness, shortness of breath, and the formation of gas within the digestive tract. It may be taken in the form of raw cloves or two to three capsules a day.
High Blood Pressure treatment using Indian Gooseberry
Indian gooseberry is another effective remedy for high blood pressure. A tablespoon each of fresh amla juice and honey mixed together should be taken every morning in this condition.
High Blood Pressure treatment using Lemon
Lemon is also regarded as a valuable food to control high blood pressure. It is a rich source of vitamin P which is found both in the juice and peel of the fruit. This vitamin is essential for preventing capillary fragility.
High Blood Pressure treatment using Grapefruit
Grapefruit is useful in preventing high blood pressure. The vitamin P content in the fruit is helpful in toning up the arteries.
High Blood Pressure treatment using Watermelon
Watermelon is another valuable safeguard against high blood pressure. A substance extracted from watermelon seeds is said to have a definite action in dilating the blood vessels, which results in lowering the blood pressure. The seeds, dried and roasted, should be taken in liberal quantities.
High Blood Pressure treatment using Rice
Rice has a low-fat, low-cholesterol, and low-salt content. It makes a perfect diet for those hypertensive persons who have been advised salt-restricted diets. Calcium in brown rice, in particular, soothes and relaxes the nervous system and helps relieve the symptoms of high blood pressure.
High Blood Pressure treatment using Potato
Potatoes, specially in boiled form, are a valuable food for lowering blood pressure. When boiled with their skin, they absorb very little salt. Thus they can form a useful addition to a salt-free diet recommended for patients with high blood pressure. Potatoes are rich in potassium but not in sodium salts. The magnesium present in the vegetable exercises beneficial effects in lowering blood pressure.
High Blood Pressure treatment using Parsley
Parsley is very useful in high blood pressure. It contains elements, which help maintain the blood vessels, particularly, the capillaries. It keeps the arterial system in a healthy condition. It may be taken as a beverage by simmering 20 gm of fresh parsley leaves gently in 250 ml of water for a few minutes. This may be drunk several times daily.
High Blood Pressure treatment using Rauwolfia
Among the herbs, rauwolfia is the best remedy for high blood pressure. Alkaloids of this drug, which have a direct effect on hypertension, have been isolated and are being widely used by practitioners of modem medicine, but they have certain unpleasant side-effects which the drug, taken in raw form, does not have. Practitioners of the Indian system of medicine have, therefore, preferred to use the root of the drug in a powdered from. Half a teaspoon of this drug, taken thrice a day, is very effective in hypertension. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rauwolfia
High Blood Pressure treatment using Vegetable Juice
Raw vegetable juices, especially carrot and spinach juices, taken separately or in combination, are also beneficial in the treatment of high blood pressure. If taken in combination, 300 ml of carrot juice and 200 ml of spinach juice should be mixed to make 500 ml or half a litre of the juice, and taken daily. If taken separately, one glass should be taken twice daily, morning and evening.
High Blood Pressure treatment using Dietary Calcium and Potassium
Recent studies have revealed an important link between dietary calcium and potassium and hypertension. Researchers have found that people who take potassium-rich diets have a low incidence of hypertension even if they do not control their salt intake. They have also found that people with hypertension do not seem to get much calcium in the form of dairy products. These two essential nutrients seem to help the body secrete excess sodium and are involved in important functions which control the working of the vascular system. Potassium is found in abundance in fruits and vegetables, and calcium in dairy products.
High blood pressure diet
High Blood Pressure Diet
Persons with high blood pressure should always follow a well-balanced routine of a proper diet, exercise, and rest. Diet is of primary importance. Meat and eggs, more than any other food, cause the blood pressure to rise. The pressure can be lowered and blood clotting diminished by increasing the consumption of fruits, reducing protein intake, and sticking to a vegetarian diet. A natural diet consisting of fresh fruits and vegetables instead of a traditional diet, helps to get rid of the toxins from the body. Salt should be avoided; in any case, it should not exceed more than three grams or about half a teaspoon per day.
Other high blood pressure remedies
Other High Blood Pressure treatment
Persons suffering from hypertension must get at least eight hours of good sleep, because proper rest is a vital aspect of the treatment. Most important of all, the patient must avoid overstrain, worries, tension, anger, and haste. He or she must develop a calm and cheerful attitude and develop a contented frame of mind.

The Art of Giving...!!!
"Rivers do not drink their own water, nor do tree eat their own fruit, nor do rain clouds eat the grains reared by them. The wealth of the noble is used solely for the benefit of others?
Even after accepting that giving is good and that one must learn to give, several questions need to be answered.
The first question is when should one give?
We all know the famous incident from the Mahabharata.
Yudhisthir, asks a beggar seeking alms to come the next day. On this, Bhim rejoices, that Yudhisthir his brother, has conquered death! For he is sure that he will be around tomorrow to give. Yudhisthir gets the message.
One does not know really whether one will be there tomorrow to give! The time to give therefore is now.
The next question is how much to give.
One recalls the famous incident from history. Rana Pratap was reeling after defeat from the Moghals. He had lost his army, he had lost his wealth, and most important he had lost hope, his will to fight. At that time in his darkest hour, his erstwhile minister Bhamasha came seeking him and placed his entire fortune at the disposal of Rana Pratap. With this, Rana Pratap raised an army and lived to fight another day.
The answer to this question how much to give is "Give as much as you can!
The next question is what to give. It is not only money that can be given. It could be a flower or even a smile.
It is not how much one gives but how one gives that really matters. When you give a smile to a stranger that may be the only good thing received by him in days and weeks! "You can give anything but you must give with your heart!
One also needs answer to this question whom to give.
Many times we avoid giving by finding fault with the person who is seeking. However, being judgmental and rejecting a person on the presumption that he may not be the most deserving is not justified. "Give without being judgmental!
Next we have to answer How to give
Coming to the manner of giving, one has to ensure that the receiver does not feel humiliated, nor does the giver feel proud by giving. In giving follow the advice, '
Let not your left hand know what your right hand gives? Charity without publicity and fanfare is the highest form of charity. 'Give quietly!
While giving let not the recipient feel small or humiliated. After all what we give never really belonged to us. We come to this world with nothing and will go with nothing. The thing gifted was only with us for a temporary period. Why then take pride in giving away something which really did not belong to us? Give with grace and with a feeling of gratitude. When you help someone in need, give it before he asks for it; for if you place him under the necessity of stretching out his hand, you take away from him his self-respect which is worth more than the value of your alms.
What should one feel after giving?
We all know the story of Eklavya. When Dronacharya asked him for his right thumb as "Guru Dakshina", he unhesitatingly cut off the thumb and gave it to Dronacharya.
There is a little known sequel to this story. Eklavya was asked whether he ever regretted the act of giving away his thumb. He replied, and the reply has to be believed to be true, as it was asked to him when he was dying. His reply was "Yes! I regretted this only once in my life. It was when Pandavas were coming in to kill Dronacharya who was broken hearted on the false news of death of his son Ashwathama and had stopped fighting. It was then that I regretted the loss of my thumb. If the thumb was there, no one could have dared hurt my Guru.
The message to us is clear. Give and never regret giving!
And the last question is How much should we provide for our heirs?
Ask yourself 'are we taking away from them the gift of work'? - A source of happiness! The answer is given by Warren Buffett: "Leave your kids enough to do anything, but not enough to do nothing!
I would conclude by saying: let us learn the Art of Giving, and quoting Saint Kabir:
"When the wealth in the house increases, when water fills a boat, Throw them out with both hands"

LOVE TO SOMEONE SPECIAL
Beautiful Love ~ To Someone Special~
In my sleepless solitude tonight,
I can't seem to keep you off my mind
I want to hug you with all my might
Oh, what I'd give just to have you
here with me through the night
If it's wrong to love you,
then I just don't want to be right.
Life is much better with you around
To my ear, your name is such a sweet sound
I was confused until you, I found
You lifted me up high from the ground.
My world was so lonely without you,
I haven't noticed the sky's shade of blue.
Everything seemed ordinary before you
But now that you're here,
I see the world in a nice different view
And now, all I want to say is Thank You

Ways to be happy
One Dozen Timeless Ways to be Happy!
Our passions, expectations, life experiences, and even our personalities all contribute to the level of happiness we experience in our lives. Some find happiness in their careers while others find ways to be happy in their marriages or other relationships
No matter how you define happiness for yourself, there are certain universal and time-proven strategies to bring, and sustain, more happiness into your life. The following one dozen timeless ways to be happy can be adapted and even customized to fit your needs. Over time, these strategies will become positiveand life-changing habits that will begin to bring more happiness, joy and peace into your life.
Notice What's Right
Some of us see the glass as being half-full and others see the glass as half-empty. The next time you are caught in traffic, begin thinking how nice it is to have a few moments to reflect on the day, focus on a problem you have been trying to solve, or brainstorm on your next big idea. The next time you get in the slow line at the grocery store, take the opportunity to pick up a tabloid magazine and do some Ã…“guilty pleasure reading. Take all that life throws out you and reframe it with what's right about the situation. At the end of the day, you will more content, at peace and happy. Take the time to begin to notice what's right and see theworld change in front of your eyes.
Be Grateful
How many times do you say the words Ã…“thank you, in a day? How many times do you hear these same words? If you are doingthe first thing, saying the Ã…“thank yous, the latter will naturally happen. Learn to be grateful and you will be open to receive an abundance of joy and happiness.
Remember the Kid You Were
Do you remember how to play? I'm not referring to playing a round of golf or a set of tennis. I'm talking about playing like you did when you were a child a game of tag; leap frog, or street baseball when thebat is a broken broom handle and the bases are the parked cars. One way to find or maintain your happiness is to remember the kid you were and play!
Be Kind
There is no question that by merely watching acts of kindness creates a significant elevation in our moods and increases the desire for us to perform good deeds as well. Kindness is indeed contagious and when we make a commitment to be kind to ourselves and to others we can experience new heights of joy, happiness and enthusiasm for our lives.
Spend Time with Your Friends
Although an abundant social and romantic life does not itself guarantee joy, it does have a huge impact on our happiness. Learn to spend time with your friends and make the friendships a priority in your life.
Savor Every Moment
To be in the moment is to live in the moment. Too often we are thinking ahead or looking ahead to the next event or circumstance in our lives, not appreciating the Ã…“here and now. When we savor every moment, we are savoring the happiness in our lives.
Rest
There are times when we need the time to unwind, decompress, or to put it simply, just Ã…“to chill.
Life comes at all of us hard and fast. Time, as do the days on the calendar, keeps going forward at its own natural pace, which is not always the pace we would choose. Fatigue, stress and exhaustion may begin to settle in on us faster than we may think, or notice. The best remedy for this is indeed rest.
Move!
The expression a Ã…“runner's high does not infer an addiction, but a feeling or a state of mind - a state of euphoria. There is no question exercise, or any physical exertion, elevates your mood and enhances a more positive attitude as well as fosters better personal self-esteem and confidence. Indeed, one way to increase your happiness is to move!
Put on a Happy Face
Sometimes we have tofake it until we make it. I'm not suggesting that we not be honest, real or authentic, but I'm suggesting, sometimes, we just need to put on a happy face and keep moving forward. Researchers claim that smiling and looking like we are happy will indeed make us happier. Studies further show that if we act like we are happy then we can experience greater joy and happiness in our lives.
Pursue Your Goals
The absence of goals in our lives, or more specifically avoiding to pursue our goals, makes us feel like we are stuck and ineffective. The pursuit of goals in our personal lives, in our relationships, or with our careers, is the difference between having a mediocre life or a life full of passion and enthusiasm. Pursue your goals and watch your happiness soar.
Finding Your Calling
Some find meaning in religion or spirituality while others find purpose in their work or relationships. Finding your calling may be much more than accomplishing one simple strategy for increasing your happiness, but having a sense of purpose of feeling like you are here for a reason can perhaps bring the greatest joy of all.
Get into the Flow
Flow is the form of joy, excitement and happiness that occurs when we are so absorbed in an activity we love that we can lose ourselves and time seems to stand still. What creates flow is unique to each one of us. To find and sustain true happiness in our lives, we must get off the sidelines and get into the flow.
And two more just to sweeten the pota little more.
Play to Your Strengths
One way to achieve flow is by understanding and identifying our strengths and core values, and then begin to use these every day. Once we aware of our strengths and we begin to play to your strengths we can better incorporate them in all aspects of our lives.
Don't Overdo It.
Know when to say when. What gives you joy and happiness the first time may not work the second time. Too much of a good thing may begin not to feel as good if the thing becomes more of a routine, or an expectation. Set healthy and reasonable boundaries for yourself and don't overdo it.
Learning to be happy on all the days between.

For those who take Ricola & Fisherman , please note that they both contain Aspartame - the silent killer.

To those who prefer to consume artificial flavouring:
There is an epidemic across North America today of Multiple Sclerosis and Lupus. Most people do not understand why this epidemic is happening, and they do not know why these diseases are so rampant. I would like to share with you the main reason we are having this very serious problem. Many people today use artificial sweeteners in their tea or coffee.
They do this because the ads they see on TV tell them that sugar is bad for their health. This is absolutely true. Sugar is toxic to us , but what most people use as a replacement for sugar is much more deadly. I am talking about ASPARTAME. It is the cause of the epidemic that was mentioned above. ASPARTAME is an extremely toxic chemical that is produced by a chemical company called Monsanto.
ASPARTAME is being marketed around the world as a sugar substitute and is found in all diet soft drinks, such as Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi . It is also found in artificial sweeteners such as NutraSweet, Equal, and Spoonful; and it is used in many other products as a sugar replacement.
ASPARTAME is marketed as a diet product, but it is not a diet product at all. In fact, it will cause you to GAIN weight because it makes you crave carbohydrates. Causing you to gain weight is only a very small part of what ASPARTAME does. It is a toxic chemical that changes the brain's chemistry. It can and does cause severe seizures.
This chemical changes the dopamine level in the brain, and it is particularly deadly for anyone suffering from Parkinson's disease.
ASPARTAME is extremely poisonous, and here is why one of the toxic ingredients of it is wood alcohol. When the temperature of
ASPARTAME exceeds 86 degrees F, the wood alcohol in it is converted to Formaldehyde, and then to formic acid, which in turn causes folic acidosis.
FORMALDEHYDE is grouped in the same class of poisons as Cyanide and Arsenic which are very deadly toxins. The only difference is, Formaldehyde kills quietly, and it takes a little longer. And, in the process of killing people, it causes all kinds of neurological problems. There are 92 documented symptoms of Aspartame Poisoning leading to coma and death.
The majority of these symptoms are neurological, because the ASPARTAME attacks and destroys the nervous system. One of these symptoms is Lupus, which has become almost as rampant as Multiple Sclerosis, especially with Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi drinkers.

LAYMAN’S 10 COMMANDMENTS:
LAYMAN’S 10 COMMANDMENTS:
YOU SHALL BE A WINNER IF YOU CAN FOLLOW THESE AS A RULE
1] Prayer is not a "spare wheel" that you pull out when in trouble, but it is a "steering wheel" that directs the right path throughout.
2] Know why a Car's WINDSHIELD is so large & the Rear view Mirror is so small? Because our PAST is not as important as our FUTURE. So, Look Ahead and Move on.
3] Friendship is like a BOOK. It takes few seconds to burn, but it takes years to write.
4] All things in life are temporary. If going well, enjoy it, they will not last forever. If going wrong, don't worry, they can't last long either.
5] Old Friends are Gold! New Friends are Diamond! If you get a Diamond, don't forget the Gold! Because to hold a Diamond, you always need a Base of Gold!
6] Often when we lose hope and think this is the end, GOD smiles from above and says, "Relax, sweetheart, it's just a bend, not the end!
7] When GOD solves your problems, you have faith in HIS abilities; when GOD doesn't solve your problems HE has faith in your abilities.
8] A blind person asked St. Anthony: "Can there be anything worse than losing eye sight?" He replied: "Yes, losing your vision!"
9] When you pray for others, God listens to you and blesses them, and sometimes, when you are safe and happy, remember that someone has prayed for you.
10] WORRYING does not take away tomorrow's TROUBLES, it takes away today's PEACE.vv

weaker sex
London: They have been called the weaker sex for centuries, but a new study has found that women are stronger than their male counterparts when it comes to fighting diseases as well as infections.
Researchers at the Ghent University in Belgium found that the fairer sex is genetically programmed to better resist infections and cancer, and also has a back-up system to fight disease.
The discovery, they said, also suggested that men who regularly complain of ‘man-flu’ may not be exaggerating after all, the Daily Mail reported.
The secret to women’s stronger immunity, according to the researchers, lies in a key biological difference between the sexes. Women have an extra copy of the female X-chromosome, while men have only one and a much smaller Y-chromosome.
This means women have greater access to molecules called microRNAs, which are encoded on the X-chromosome. These tiny strains of ribonucleic acid are regarded as major regulators of the immune system, the researchers said.
Dr Claude Libert, who led the research, said, “Statistics show that in humans, as with other mammals, females live longer than males and are more able to fight off shock episodes from sepsis, infection or trauma.
“We believe this is due to the Xchromosome, which in humans contains 10% of all microRNAs detected so far in the genetic code.”
Several of them are thought to have “important functions in immunity and cancer”, he said.
Dr Eleanor Fish, a professor of immunobiology at the University of Toronto, said of the findings in the Bio-Essays journal, “The advantages of having two X-chromosomes as opposed to an X- and a Y-chromosome are huge. “MicroRNAs are very important for regulating proteins that would influence cell growth and cancer, and the immune response. They can suppress proteins that promote cancer and boost proteins that do the opposite,” she said.
However, there is a downside to a woman’s super immunity, said Dr Fish, “It favours resistance to infection with a more robust immune response but once you have got infection then it can result in a more severe inflammatory response.
“This means women are more likely to develop autoimmune diseases and they may suffer flu more badly than men.” PTI

INTERNET ADDICTION
Similar to alcohol and drug addiction

Teenagers who are addicted to the internet show signs of brain changes
similar to those who are addicted to alcohol and drugs, a study suggests.
Chinese researchers used MRI scans to look at the brain structure of 17 young people
with "internet addiction disorder" attending the Shanghai Mental Health Centre
and compared them with those of 16 healthy volunteers.
In the internet-addicted teens, the scans showed changes to the white matter fibres
which connect the regions of the brain involved in emotional processing,
attention and decision-making.
Other research has found similar white matter changes in the brains of people
addicted to alcohol, cocaine, cannabis and other drugs.
The researchers, led by Dr Hao Lei from the Chinese Academy of Sciences,
wrote in the journal Plos One:
"The findings suggest that white matter integrity may serve as
a potential new treatment target in internet addiction disorder."
However, the study findings cannot say whether internet addiction
causes the brain changes seen in the study.
Some people may already have brains which make them more likely to become addicts.
Commenting on the study, Dr Henrietta Bowden-Jones, a consultant psychiatrist at
Imperial College London, said:
"This type of research exploring the differences between normal brains of people who suffer from
internet addictions is groundbreaking, as it makes clear neuroimaging links between internet addiction
and other addictions such as alcohol, cocaine and cannabis among others.
"We are finally being told what clinicians suspected for some time now,
that white matter abnormalities in the orbito-frontal cortex and other truly significant
brain areas are present not only in addictions where substances are involved but also in
behavioural ones such as internet addiction."

I'M ALONE
I am alone, most alone without You
Everywhere I see Love, I think of You,
Everywhere I hear of Love, I think of You,
Every moment I think of Love, I think of You,
Every word I read of Love, I think of You,
You are not just a person in my life,
You are the One I Love the most My Angel,
Please Come Back My Angel,
I need You the most in my Life..
I am selfish, but I need You,
I am Bad, but I need You,
I am Demon, but I need My Angel, that's You,
Ask God, how much I need You,
Ask God, how much I plead for You,
Ask God, how much I cry to seek You,
Its very hard to let you Go,
Even for Love I can't let you Go,
I am bad, You say me the worst Love ever,
But I still need You, its Only You,
You are the One I can't imagine to part off,
That's how badly I need You in my Life..
If My Love is a mistake, I accept it,
Scold me, beat me, or pull my hairs,
All physical pain I can still bear,
The pain in me without you is horrible,
Don't go away from me,
Please come back,
And give me your healing touch,
Forgive me Please, forgive me once for everything,
and give the meaning to my life..
Life is not as we always think,
I will be with you for everything,
My Love for you is not a one night stand,
I want to be with you for whole of your Life..
Go away as far as you want,
I am waiting for You, don't know how long,
I won't hurt You for anything nor create any problem for You in your life,
I just Love You, and its the name I call You, my heart just chants,
I wish there could be an instrument to measure my Love,
Atleast I could show You how much I Love You..
Everywhere I see Love, I think of You,
Everywhere I hear of Love, I think of You,

TYPES OF KISSES
Want to discover some new ways to kiss your sweetie? Get some fun ideas from this guide to the different types of kisses. You're guaranteed to learn a new kissing style!
1. The French Kiss
Probably the most famous kiss there is, the French kiss is an open-mouthed kiss where one person's tongue touches the other person's tongue. Also called a "tongue kiss," the French kiss easy enough to execute, but it can take years to master. For French kissing tips, check out the following guides:
2. The Butterfly Kiss
To give someone a butterfly kiss, get close to them so the tips of your eyelashes are touching theirs. Then blink very fast so your eyelashes flutter together like butterfly wings. It's a fun, cute thing to do while you're catching your breath from more traditional kisses. You can also give someone a solo butterfly kiss by fluttering your eyelids against their cheek.
3. The Single-Lip Kiss
To give someone a single-lip kiss, take one of their lips between yours and gently suck or tug on it. It's an awfully romantic kiss, and if you do it right, you'll send tingles up and down your sweetie's spine.
4. The Spiderman Kiss
Based on the kiss in the 2002 movie Spider-Man, the Spiderman kiss involves kissing someone whose face is upside-down from yours, so your top lip kisses their bottom lip and vice versa.
5. The Earlobe Kiss
A great kiss to to perform while you're taking a break from lip kisses, the earlobe kiss involves taking someone's earlobe lightly between your lips and tugging gently downward. For a more intense earlobe kiss, add a little bit of tongue, or use a gentle sucking motion on their earlobe.
6. The Lip Gloss Kiss
This is a fun, flirty kiss for girlfriends to give their boyfriends. Put on a healthy amount of lip gloss or ChapStick, then rub your lips on your partners' lips until theirs are coated, too. For extra fun, surprise your partner with a sweet, fruity lip gloss flavor.
7. The Eskimo Kiss
In an Eskimo kiss, two people rub their noses back and forth against each other. It's based on real kisses that people in Eskimo cultures give their friends. Just like with lip kisses, Eskimo kisses are best executed with your eyes closed.
8. The Cheek Kiss
The cheek kiss is exactly what it sounds like - a closed-mouth kiss against someone's cheek. Cheek kisses can be used as friendly greetings, flirty thank-you's or cute, unexpected ways to say good-bye to your boyfriend or girlfriend.
9. The Hickey
A hickey technically isn't a kiss; it's a red mark (a bruise, really) left on the skin after someone sucks hard enough on it. Hickeys hurt a little to get, but some people think the sucking feels good, especially on the side of the neck. It can be embarrassing to walk around with a hickey, so before you start sucking, get permission first.
10. The Secret Message Kiss
In the middle of a French kiss, spell out a secret message with the tip of your tongue against their tongue. It might feel a little funny to the other person, but at least you'll be getting your message across.
11. The Vampire Kiss
The vampire kiss is a deep kiss on someone's neck that can involve sucking or light biting on the skin. Since some people find it painful rather than sexy, and since the sucking might leave a hickey, always ask permission before you give someone a vampire kiss.
12. The Wet Kiss
Wet kisses are any open-mouthed kisses, with or without tongue. A little bit of wetness during a kiss can be sexy, but try not to overdo it: too much saliva is sloppy. Alternate between wet kisses and closed-mouth kisses and single-lip kisses, and be sure to swallow occasionally so you don't accidentally drool all over your partner.
13. The Lizard Kiss
The lizard kiss involves flicking your tongue in and out of your partner's mouth in tight, quick strokes (picture the way a lizard moves its tongue). This is a silly kiss you can try just for fun, but it generally should be avoided because it feels kind of creepy to get.
14. The Air Kiss
The air kiss is a sophisticated gesture you can use as a greeting to your friends and relatives. To give one, rest your cheek against their cheek and make a kissing sound with your lips.
15. The Biting Kiss
The biting kiss is a more aggressive form of the French kiss. Like the French kiss, it's open-mouthed and incorporates tongue, but as you pull back, your teeth lightly grab onto your sweetie's tongue for just a second. Try it once and see how your partner responds. Some people love it, but others think it's painful or weird.
16. The Angel Kiss
To give someone an angel kiss, kiss them very gently on their eyelids or on the spot right next to their eye, using just your lips. It's a very romantic way to wake someone up or say goodbye.
17. The Neck Kiss
After French kissing for a while, some people mix it up by trailing their mouth down and "Frenching" the other person's neck. To execute a neck kiss perfectly, go light on the saliva, focus on the motion of your lips, never stay in once place for very long and never suck hard enough to leave a hickey.
18. The Jawline Kiss
To plant a jawline kiss on someone, give them a firm kiss on the bottom of their jaw, right where their face meets their neck. If they respond well to it, make a path of jawline kisses up to their ear and give them an earlobe kiss.
19. The Breath Kiss
The breath kiss is a fun, silly kiss that's almost more of a game than a kiss. To do it, open your mouth, inhale deeply and lock lips with your sweetie (like you're performing CPR). Slowly exhale into their mouth while they're inhaling, "passing" the breath to them. Without moving, slowly inhale while your partner exhales. Keep passing the breath back and forth until one of you runs out of breath or you both erupt in giggles.
20. The Love Kiss
Finally, the love kiss is any kiss that you give while thinking tender, loving thoughts about your partner. You might not realize it, but your kissing style can be influenced by whatever's on your mind. Smooching with love on your mind will make your kisses extra soft and sweet. Whether it's on your partner's mouth, neck, ear or forehead, the love kiss is the most romantic kiss you can give.
1. The French Kiss

3. The Single-Lip Kiss

1. Don't forcibly continue:
This is a very important aspect which you must keep in mind in a relationship which is heading towards a break up. Do not drag a relationship. If you don't find any charm in the relationship or you have decided to break it up, do it instantly. The sooner it happens the better it will be. Being in forcefully in a relationship doesn't help any one as the interest and the love perishes from the relationship.
2. Be Honest:
Honesty has always been the best policy. Be honest in a relationship. It is possible that you no longer want to be in a relationship and it's also possible that you jus want to part because you don't like your partner any more. At any case scenario, be honest to tell your partner the exact reason why you want to break up. It's very important to make clear the exact reasons of breaking up. Anything hidden may bring you disgraceful thoughts about your own self as well the other person will always be in a state to guess the reason and often guesses made in emotion are wrong.
3. Do not cheat:
It is possible that you are seeing someone when you are already in a relationship with someone else. This is nothing more then cheating on the girl you are in a relationship as well as cheating the girl you are seeing. If you have already decided to break up with the existing relationship just break it up instantly and then see someone else. Building a new relationship without ending existing is a fraudulent act and must be avoided.
4. Break up in person:
Do not use the electronic media or a third person help while breaking up. It is always advisable to break up in person with your partner. If you want to break up just call the person and discuss the event face to face. Sending a text message or an email is not ideal. Avoid these technological aids and also keep in mind that your break up should be discussed by both of you not by communicating through a common friend.
5. Never break up in a public place:
Break up can be disastrous for either of you. A heart is tormented when it breaks. So make sure you break up in a private place where there are not many people around. If possible meet up alone in a room or house or a secluded place and then discuss the break up. Breaking up in public can be many a time embarrassing as the outburst of your emotions will be witnessed by many which will give you an unpleasant feeling.
6. Be a listener:
Listening is a skill to which most of us don't give any importance and as a result we tend to miss out many important things in life. Break up is also a crucial event where you have to listen to your partner properly and efficiently. Do not overpower your mind by prejudicing your thoughts. Listen exactly to what your partner says. Arguments without listening might worsen the scenario. An honest listening is very important to keep things within control.
7. Don't beat around bush:
Beating around the bushes might not work out well in a break up scenario. It is very important to come to the point straight forward. Do not talk round and round explaining irrelevant stuffs, rather come directly to the point and explain your partner the reason. Beating around bushes will make it more difficult to do the actual talking.
8. Don't get into a fight:
Whatever may be the reason for your break up, at any cost don't pick a fight with your partner. Picking up a fight at the last day will further complicate things. Do not blame your partner or take the blame on you. Discuss the reason and listen to what your partner has to say. Solve any issue peacefully without getting into a fight. This would complicate the situation even more and the result of this will be unpleasant.
9. Don't ask for Friendship:
Never do the mistake of saying "can we be friends again?" Once you break a relationship you can't keep friendship alive. It is not practical to have friendly feelings for a person you have been in a relationship with. Even if before getting into the relationship you were friends, you can never share the same feelings as you use to before getting intimate. After the break up try to keep distance from your ex rather then building a friendship.
10. Leave the scene immediately:
Do not hang around with your ex after breaking up. Once the matter is discussed and conveyed properly, just leave the scene. On the break up day you should not hang around for long. Once the message is conveyed accurately you should immediately get out of the place. The more you hang around the more it will be difficult to manage a break up. Leave the issue there and get back to a new life and a new beginning.

TO BE INTERESTED
Principle 1: Become genuinely interested in other people.
A simple way to make a good impression.
The expression one wears on one's face if far more important than the clothes one wears on one's back.
Actions speak louder than words, and a smile says, " I like you. You make me happy. I am glad to see you."
You must have a good time meeting people if you expect them to have a good time meeting you.
You don't feel like smiling?
Then what?
Two things.
First, force yourself to smile.
If you are alone, force yourself to whistle or hum a tune or sing.
Act as if you were already happy, and that will tend to make you happy.
"Action seems to follow feeling, but really action and feeling go together; and by regulating the action, which is under the more direct control of the will, we can indirectly regulate the feeling, which is not." -William James.
Happiness doesn't depend on outward conditions.
It depends on inner conditions.
It isn't what you have or who you are or where you are or what you are doing that makes you happy or unhappy..
It is what you think about it. "There is nothing either good or bad," said Shakespeare, "but thinking makes it so."
Your smile is a messenger of your good will.
Your smile brightens the lives of all who see it.
To someone who has seen a dozen people frown, scowl or turn their faces away, your smile is like the sun breaking through the clouds.
Principle 2: Smile.
If you don't do this, you are headed for trouble
The average person is more interested in his or her own name than all the other names on earth put together.
Remember that name and call it easily, and you have paid a subtle and very effective compliment.
But forget it or misspell it-and you have place yourself at a sharp disadvantage.
Whenever you meet a new acquaintance, find out his or her complete name and some facts about his or her family, business or political opinions.
Fix all these facts well in mind as part of the picture, and the next time you meet that person, even if it was a year later, you will be able to shake hands, inquire after the family, and ask about the hollyhocks in the backyard.
Sometimes it is difficult to remember a name, particularly if it is hard to pronounce.
Rather than even try to learn it, many people ignore it or call the person by an easy nickname.
Most people don't remember names, for the simple reason that they don't take the time and energy necessary to concentrate and repeat and fix names indelibly in their minds.
If you don't hear the name distinctly say excuse me I didn't get your name clearly.
Then, if it is an unusual name, ask how it is spelled.
Use the person's name several times in the conversation; try to associate it in your mind with the person's features, expression and general appearance.
Then, when you are alone write the name down on a piece of paper, look at it, and concentrate on it, fix it securely in your mind, in this way you will gain an eye impression of the name as well as an ear impression.
Principle 3: Remember that a person's name is to that person the sweetest and most important sound in any language.
An easy way to become a good conversationalist
Listen intently; listen because you are genuinely interested.
That kind of listening is one of the highest compliments we can pay anyone.
The chronic kicker, even the most violent critic, will frequently soften and be subdued in the presence of a patient, sympathetic listener-a listener who will be silent with the irate fault-finger dilates like a king cobra and spews the poison out of his system.
Be more eager to hear what a person has to say then even they are to tell it.
Many people prefer good listeners to good talkers, but the ability to listen seems rarer than almost any other good trait.
All we want when we are in trouble is a friendly, sympathetic listener to unburden yourself.
That is frequently all the irritated customer wants, and the dissat isfied employee or the hurt friend.
If you want to know how to make people shun you and laugh at you behind your back and even despise you, here is the recipe: Never listen to anyone for long.
Talk incessantly about yourself.
If you have an idea while the other person is talking, don't wait for him or her to finish: bust right in and interrupt in the middle of a sentence.
If you aspire to be a good conversationalist, be an attentive listener.
To be interesting, be interested.
Ask questions that other persons will enjoy answering.
Encourage them to talk about themselves and their accomplishments.
Principle 4: Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves.. .
How to interest people
The royal road to a person's heart is to talk about the things he or she treasures most.
Make an effort to find out what interests the person then get them talking about it.
Talking in terms of the other person's interests pays off for both parties.
When asked what reward he got from it, Mr. Herzig responded that he not only received a different reward from each person but that in general the reward had been an enlargement of his life each time he spoke to someone.
Principle 5: Talk in terms of the other person's interests.
How to make people like you instantly.
Ask yourself " What is there about him or her that I can honestly admire?"
That is sometimes a hard question to answer, especially with strangers.
You want approval of those with whom you come in contact.
You want recognition of your true worth.
You want a feeling that your are important in our little world.
You don't want to listen to cheap, insincere flattery, but you do crave sincere appreciation.
So let's obey the Golden Rule, and give unto others what we would have others give unto us.
How?
When?
Where?
The answer is all the time, everywhere.
Use little phrases such as "I'm sorry to trouble you, ___." "Would you please ___?" "Won't you please?" "Would you mind?" "Thank you."
The unvarnished truth is that almost all the people you meet feel themselves superior to you in some way, and a sure way to their hearts is to let them realize in some subtle way that you recognize their importance, and recognize it sincerely.
Talk to people about themselves and they will listen for hours.
Principle 6: Make the other person feel important-and do it sincerely.
In a Nutshell: Six ways to make people like you
Become genuinely interested in other people.

HABITS THAT CHANGE LIFE
Not all of these will be applicable to your life “” choose the ones you can apply and give them a try:
1. Take a time out. Freeing up your time starts with taking a step back to take a good look at your life. You need to block off at least an hour. Several hours or half a day is better. A whole day would be awesome. A weekend would be even more ideal, though not necessary practical for many folks. With this block of time, take a look at your life with some perspective. Is it what you’ve always wanted? How would you get to where you’ve always wanted to be? What do you enjoy doing, but don’t have enough time to do? What things actually fill up your day? Are there things you could drop or minimize to make more time? We’ll look at some of these things in the following items, but it starts with taking a time out to think and plan.
2. Find your essentials. What is it that you love to do? Make a short list of 4-5 things. These are the things you want to make room for.
3. Find your time-wasters. What do you spend a lot of your time on that isn’t on your essential list? Take a close look at these things and really think about whether they’re necessary, or if there are ways to reduce, minimize or eliminate these things. Sometimes you do things because you assume they’re necessary, but if you give it some thought you can find ways to drop them from your life. Figure out what you do simply to waste time “” maybe surfing certain sites, watching TV, talking a lot at the water cooler, etc. You’re going to want to minimize these time-wasters to make room for the more important stuff, the stuff that makes you happy and that you love to do.
4. Schedule the time. As you sit down and think about your life and what you want to do, versus what you actually do, you will be looking at ways to free up time. It’s crucial that you take a blank weekly schedule (you can just write it out on a piece of paper, or use your calendar) and assign blocks for the things you love “” the stuff on your essentials list. If you want to exercise, for example, when will you do it? Put the blocks of time on your schedule, and make these blocks the most important appointments of your week. Schedule the rest of your life around these blocks.
5. Consolidate. There are many things you do, scattered throughout your day or your week, that you might be able to consolidate in order to save time. A good example is errands “” instead of running one or two a day, do them all in one day to save time and gas. Another example is email, or any kind of communication “” batch process your email instead of checking and reading and responding throughout the day. Same thing with meetings, paperwork, anything that you do regularly.
6. Cut out meetings. This isn’t possible for everyone, but in my experience meetings take up a lot of time to get across a little information, or to make easy decisions that could be made via email or phone. As much as you can, minimize the number of meetings you hold and attend. In some cases this might mean talking to your boss and telling her that you have other priorities, and asking to be excused. In other cases this might mean asking the people holding the meeting if you can get the info in other ways. If so, you’ve saved yourself an hour or so per meeting (sometimes more).
7. De clutter your schedule. If you have a heavily packed schedule, full of meetings and errands and tasks and projects and appointments, you’re going to want to weed it out so that it’s not so jam-packed. Find the stuff that’s not so essential and cancel them. Postpone other stuff. Leave big blank spaces in your schedule.
8. Re-think your routine. Often we get stuck in a routine that’s anything but what we really want our days to be like. Is there a better way of doing things? You’re the creator of your life “” make a new routine that’s more pleasant, more optimal, more filled with things you love.
9. Cut back on email. I mentioned email in an earlier point above, regarding consolidating, but it’s such a major part of most people’s lives that it deserves special attention. How often do you check email? How much time do you spend composing emails? If you spend a major part of your work day on email, as many people do (and as I once did), you can free up a lot of time by reducing the time you spend in email. Now, this won’t work for everyone, but it can work for many people: choose 2-3 key times during the day to process your inbox to empty, and keep your responses to 5 sentences.
10. Learn to say no. If you say “yes” to every request, you will never have any free time. Get super protective about your time, and say “no” to everything but the essential requests.
11. Keep your list to 3. When you make out your daily to-do list, just list the three Most Important Tasks you want to accomplish today. Don’t make a laundry list of tasks, or you’ll fill up all your free time. By keeping your task list small, but populated only by important tasks, you ensure that you are getting the important stuff done but not overloading yourself.
12. Do your Biggest Rock first. Of the three Most Important Tasks you choose for the day, pick the biggest one, or the one you’re dreading most, and do that first. Otherwise you’ll put that off as much as possible and fill your day with less important things. Don’t allow yourself to check email until that Big Rock is taken care of. It starts your day with a sense of major accomplishment, and leaves you with a lot of free time the rest of the day, because the most important thing is already done.
13. Delegate. If you have subordinates or coworkers who can do a task or project, try to delegate it. Don’t feel like you need to do everything yourself. If necessary, spend a little time training the person to whom you’re delegating the task, but that little time spent training will pay off in a lot of time saved later. Delegating allows you to focus on the core tasks and projects you should be focusing on.
14. Cut out distractions. What is there around your workspace that distracts you from the task at hand? Sometimes it’s visual clutter, or papers lying around that call for your attention and action, or email or IM notifiers on your computer that pop up at the wrong time, or the phone, or coworkers. See if you can eliminate as many of these as possible “” the more you can focus, the more effective you’ll be and the less time you’ll waste. That equals time saved for the good stuff.
15. Disconnect. The biggest of distractions, for most people, is the Internet. My most productive times are when I’m disconnected from the grid. Now, I’m not saying you need to be disconnected all the time, but if you really want to be able to effectively complete tasks, disconnect your Internet so you can really focus. Set certain times of the day for connectivity, and only connect during those periods.
16. Outsource. If you can’t delegate, see if you can outsource. With the Internet, we can connect with people from all over the world. I’ve outsourced many things, from small tasks to checking email to legal work to design and editing work and more. That allows me to focus on the things I’m best at, the things I love doing, and saves me a lot of time.
17. Make use of your mornings. I find that mornings are the absolute best times to schedule the things I really want to do. I run, read and write in the mornings “” three of the four things on my Essentials List (spending time with family is the other thing on the list). Mornings are great because your day hasn’t been filled with a bunch of unscheduled, demanding, last-minute tasks that will push back those Essentials. For example, if you schedule something for late afternoon, by the time late afternoon rolls around, you might have a dozen other things newly added to your to-do list, and you’ll put off that late-afternoon Essential. Instead, schedule it for the morning, and it’ll rarely (if ever) get pushed back.
18. The Golden Right-after-work Time. Other than mornings, I find the time just after work to be an incredible time for doing Essential things. Exercise, for example, is great in the 5-o’clock hour, as is spending time with family, or doing anything else relaxing.
19. Your evenings. The time before you go to bed is also golden, as it exists every single day, and it’s usually completely yours to schedule. What do you want to do with this time? Read? Spend time with your kids? Work on a hobby you’re passionate about? Take advantage of this time.
20. Lunch breaks. If the three golden times mentioned above don’t work for you, lunch breaks are another good opportunity to schedule things. Some people like to exercise, or to take quiet times, during their lunch breaks. Others use this time to work on an important personal goal or project.

JUST I LOVE YOU
I may not talk that much to you…
But you will find me waiting,
every minute…
Just to listen to every pieces of your heart says…
I love you!
You may be out of my sight,
but not out of my heart.
You maybe be out of my reach,
but not out of my mind.
I may mean nothing to you,
but you will always
be special to me!
In my life I learned how to love…
To smile…
To be happy…
To be strong…
To work hard…
To be honest…
To be faithful…
To forgive…
But I couldn't learn how
to stop remembering you!
I love you more than all the stars in the sky.
I love you more as each moment passes us by.
I love you more with every breath I take.
I love you more with each promise we make.
I need you like a flower needs the rain.
I need you for you can wash away my pain.
I need you more each day,
I need you for you are so wonderful,
in every single way.
I miss you more than ever now.
I miss you because I really need you somehow.
I miss you and your touch.
I miss you for to me, you mean so much.
I want you to caress my lips
the way you always do.
I want you to look into
my eyes and see my love for you.
I want you to hold me close to your heart.
I want you to know that…
I love you!
I see your smile in a flower
I see you cry when gray skies are ahead
I see your face when I feel the ocean breeze
How deep is my love,
My love is endless as the nature we need
I feel joy as we run in the meadow
I feel happy when we look at the sun
I feel lost without you in the dark
When day is done
How deep is my love
My love is as endless
As night's falling star
Our life is forever, wherever we are
If I never met you
I would be lost for all time
If you never loved me
I would not know love divine
You are my shelter
As I feel the earth touch my feet
How deep is my love
My love is endless
You make me complete.
But you will find me waiting,
every minute…
Just to listen to every pieces of your heart says…
I love you!

WAYS TO DIFFERNTIATE
37 Ways to Make a Difference to Yourself and Others
- By Anolia Orfrecio Facun
"Making a difference" is not just a scheduled event or activity, but a moment any time when a person finds it in his/her heart to do something good, to care or to share, or to make a voluntary contribution to another individual, a community, or our society.
When we consciously give or do whatever we can to help maintain the wellness of individuals and families in our communities, these acts also contribute to the best quality of life of everyone in our society.
Let us continue to gather more bright ideas for our own lives and our surroundings.
Let's now begin to count the ways and put them into action.
The TIME has come... We say 'No more to gloom and doom!'
It is time to rise to our true potential... to experience total wellness in every area of our lives, contributing to solutions to maintain the quality of life we enjoy in our communities.
It is time for each of us to care more, to shine, and to carry the light of HOPE everywhere!
No one individual or one group, not even our government, can do it alone!
This is the time that we need each other most, to work together, joining our hands together in making a difference.
For YOURSELF:
1. Smile more often! Be amazed of how many will be happy to smile back at you. Besides, this is the best facial exercise you can make to delay aging signs -- so smile!
2. Eat right! Boost your immune system by eating more natural food, like fresh fruits and vegetables. This alone can significantly reduce your weight and health concerns.
3. Exercise regularly. The reason is not just to lose weight, but it's a great habit to maintain good health by improved circulation, elimination of body toxins, etc.
4. Drink water more than 'colored drinks' for your health. Water has no sugar or additives.
5. Read and learn more. Devote time and money for self-improvement , the best investment you can make that truly pays off.
6. Love, care, give, and share more. This practice is the very purpose of your life.
7. Keep believing. Pray. Nurture your spirit. This won't cost you any, but help or answer to your needs can be just a prayer away.
For those YOU CARE ABOUT:
8. If you love them, then say it and show it! Do not take them for granted. They need both to hear and see you care.
9. Spend more quality time with them. It is what they'll remember most.
10. Visit, write, call those you haven't for a while.
For our SENIORS:
11. Give a helping hand and cheers -- cooking, cleaning, or whatever they are limited to.
12. Give a ride or offer to carpool with them whenever there's a need.
13. Involve them on activities that will continue to stimulate their senses, or they can contribute their gathered wisdom.
For our CHILDREN or YOUTH:
14. Walk or create programs for youth to benefit them and rally for their good future.
15. Give them more opportunities to explore and develop their natural gifts and talents, express their dreams and goals.
16. Encourage our children more by your words and example. Stay positive! .
For our VETERANS: (For the freedom we now enjoy is due to their sacrifices.)
17. Send cards or anything to show you remember and appreciate them.
18. Recognize them and give a smile, a salute, or high-five when you see them around.
19. Support their events and fundraising efforts to help them.
For our HOMELESS Citizens: (Just like you and me, they need care and understanding. )
20. Encourage them by taking time to help them get the help they need/resources to get back on track.
21. Volunteer in your local shelters. There are many ways you can help or contribute.
22. Help create more programs to help them get out of their situation.
For our VOLUNTEERS: (For helping us make things happen.)
23. Big "thank you!" note or anything to show your appreciation of them.
24. Join them and be prepared to do a random act of kindness anytime.
25. How about "volunteers appreciation day" to celebrate them and have a good break?
For our ENVIRONMENT: (We only have one planet, so we must take care of it.)
26. Clean and plant trees with your workmates, neighbors, etc. anywhere permissible.
27. Recycle consciously, not just plastics and papers, but clothes and others you can share. Clean up your closet, garage, or storage for everything that you don't need. Do a yard sale or simply drive to or call local charities for pickup. This is one recycling to meet needs of others.
28. Learn more of what's causing the global warming and contribute to preventions/ solutions.
For ALL of US:
29. Sing, dance, be happy no matter what. Brighter days are yet to come!
30. Speak the truth. Seeking the truth can set someone free.
31. Notice and say something good or positive to someone, and mean it.
32. Learn survival techniques. Always be prepared for any emergency.
33. Accept yourself. You are gifted and blessed more than you know.
34. Be forgiving and understanding as you seek forgiveness and understanding.
35. Learn how to budget or how to manage your money. Spend only on needs and the money that you actually have.
36. Be involved in your community in making good things happen!
37. Will you support me on my personal goal to make a difference (i.e., to reach at least three million people everywhere to bring HOPE and more OPPORTUNITIES for people to live better lives)?
