Ways for happiness

Choose to be Happy

ARE you happy? Everybody wants to be happy but how many of us are truly happy? Why is happiness so elusive to us when it is a everyone's desire to be happy? It is such a paradox. Happiness is a natural occurring feeling, yet we relate to happiness as something special and rare. Our conditioning has taught us to cloud our experience of happiness with fearful beliefs, scepticism and endless misperceptions.

Some of us are afraid to show our happiness for fear of being thought of as arrogant, selfish or juvenile.

We fear that too much happiness will defile our professional status or ruin our chance of being promoted at work. We think that being overly happy will upset others, draw envy or invite rejection.

What is happiness? Real happiness is overcoming our negativity and beginning to count our blessings so we can experience the mysterious beauty of life. It is about learning to surrender, release the need to control and allow our lives to unfold in its own unique and organic way. It is about becoming fully human!

Look at the society we have collectively created. Most of us are too focused on our promising futures to be happy now.

Our busy schedules keep us in the constant pursuit of goals, we think have the potential to fulfil our insatiable thirst for success. We become overly engrossed in the chase for happiness outside of ourselves and we forget to let ourselves be happy now.

The ego's conditioned thought is that something is missing and we look for the missing piece of the puzzle to bring us salvation. Nothing in the world can make us happy. Happiness is a choice that only we can make. Hugh Downs once wrote: "A happy person is not a person in a certain set of circumstances but rather a person with a certain set of attitudes."

The potential for happiness has been with us all along. It is the very nature of our unconditioned Self. As quoted in A Course of Miracles: "It is hard to understand what 'The Kingdom of Heaven is within you' really means. This is because it is not understandable to the ego, which interprets it as if something outside is inside, and this does not mean anything. The word 'within' is unnecessary. The Kingdom of Heaven is you."

When you are truly happy, you are radiant and you function fully. Most importantly, you feel loving for the essence of happiness is love. You are genuinely kind, generous, open, warm and friendly. There is no fear, no doubt and no anxiety where there's true happiness. You are uninhibited and not restrained by dogma or beliefs. You are fully present in the moment and not lost in the past or the future.

Here are three simple steps you can take to awaken to the happiness that is our birthright:

1. Celebrating and gratitude
We experience joy when we celebrate and give thanks. When we help others, we feel goodness and grace all around us. When we dance in life with gratitude and peace, our hearts open and we feel life's energy flowing through our body. The human spirit was meant to dance, sing and o celebrate life. We crave this form of expression and cannot do without it.

Take time each week to gather with like-minded people to celebrate the good in life and give thanks for life's blessings. These weekly rituals help to uplift our consciousness. Spend an evening chanting, drumming, praying, singing or dancing to nourish your heart.

2. Rise above drama
Shakespeare told us that "All the world's a stage and all the men and women merely players". Life is 95 per cent drama and five per cent essence so we live primarily in the drama. We take things seriously and spend our time reacting unconsciously to the events in our lives.

If we step off the stage for a moment and watch the drama unfold, we would realise how absurd we can be sometimes. We must learn to focus on what is really important and let the rest slide off our shoulders. We must find ways to find clarity and peace in our lives. Finding a daily routine to get centred and process our feelings is an essential aspect of caring for ourselves.

Meditation, walks in nature, physical exercise, keeping a journal and deep breathing exercises are ways to connect to our essence daily.

3. Keep it simple
Our job in life is to show up and to do what we can today. Don't set huge, unrealistic goals that you can't achieve.

Try to stay out of your head where you are building empires and conquering worlds. Return into your heart and just put one foot in front of the other.

When you go up into you head and start getting anxious, take a deep breath and tell yourself "it is all right that I don't know how this is all going to turn out because I know that I am doing the best I can in this moment". Then give yourself a break and be gentle on yourself. Continue taking deep breaths until you begin to relax.

May joy light up your heart and dance in your eyes! May it spread like wildfire to everyone who share your life!

Many so called “mental problems” like stress, frustration, anger, anxiety, depression, are really not problems of the mind AT ALL. They are problems related to the emotional center of the heart. This explains why we see so many cases of heart disease in our modern, fast-paced, stressed-out society.



Furthermore, by teaching their subjects to generate “core heart feelings” these scientists demonstrated that the whole mind-body emotional system could quickly be brought back to balance.



This confirms what I have known for years through my own teaching and practicing of meditation. The “Heart Center” is especially important for balancing your emotions. We see this in a wide spectrum of traditions like Christian “Prayer of the Heart” and Buddhist "Loving-kindness" practice, to name just two.



Now modern science is confirming what these time-tested traditions have known for generations. Nurturing the electro-magnetic field of the heart is essential for lasting emotional health and well being. But there's more to it...



The Heart Center is powerful but it is not the only center that affects your mind, body and emotional state of being. After the Mind Center and The Heart Center, the third major energy center is the lower abdominal center -- what I call the “Body Center”. For thousands of years, Masters from China have taught the cultivation of “vital energy” in the Body Center (they call it the “lower dantian”). What Most Meditators Will Never Know... In Order To Achieve Perfect Health, Emotional Well-Being, And Confidence





For example, many systems of meditation focus only on the Mind Center while ignoring the Heart Center and Body Center. Here you get the focus and clear thinking but you don’t get the balancing of the emotions that is so important. And you don’t get that raw confidence, stability and power of the Body Center.



You’ve probably seen this yourself many times in people who have a razor sharp mind –




They could probably outthink a computer! But their heart connections with others are not as joyous and loving as they could be if they knew how to balance their Heart Center correctly.




At the same time, other systems really develop the Heart Center but miss out the tremendous power of stability, confidence and real world effectiveness of the Body Center. Here we see those wonderful souls filled with heart-felt compassion for others, but who sometimes lack the stability and confidence of the Body Center to be strong and effective in the world (and/or the qualities of the Mind Center -- the clarity of mind to create new solutions and see exciting new possibilities.)



Then there are practices like Tai Chi and Qigong, which emphasize the Body Center above all else. These improve our health and energy while giving us a feeling of stability and confidence. The downside is these practices tend to pay less attention to the Heart and Mind Centers and so many people miss out on these powerful qualities.



Unless you balance and integrate ALL the major energy centers, you miss out on the full experience and feeling of wholeness, integration and balance.



Here Is The Difference That Makes ALL The Difference...



So I began to put all the pieces together, bringing in everything I had learned over the years...



I practiced a rarely known Qigong breathing technique to strengthen the vital energy of my Body Center. I developed a system to powerfully strengthen the Heart Center and bring a profound sense of balance to the emotions. I discovered how to experience the open, natural, clear and spacious awareness in the Mind Center.



To connect them together I developed a way to clear and open the “Central Channel”.



This is the main channel of the body that runs through and connects the Body Center, Heart Center and Mind Center. I discovered that when this channel is open and energy is flowing smoothly through all your major energy centers, you experience profound health, vitality, and confidence -- good feelings as well as profound focus and clear thinking.



You’ve heard before that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts?



Well, I’ve found this is especially true when it comes to meditation. One energy center that is clear and open is a wonderful thing, but when all three energy centers are open, connected and working together, the sense of peace and wholeness you feel is so tremendously powerful, you might be wondering what it's like....

So What Is The Core Energy State?



Well, the first time I experienced this I was flying back home after backpacking for a month...



I had a lot of quiet time by myself travelling through Colorado, Grand Canyon, Utah and Yellowstone in the United States. I could see for miles out there. Everything was so quiet and still. It was a profound experience.

When I was flying home on the plane, I felt completely peaceful. My mind was completely clear and I felt no attachment whatsoever to anything. The experience was so powerful and amazing. I’m sure I’ll remember it for the rest of my life. And yet, I wanted more ... much more!

How Does Core Energy Meditation Affect Your Relationships?

The difference is that now the action will be easy and effortless. All of these capacities increase the more you practice Core Energy Meditation. Now, before I explain how Core Energy Meditation can help you manifest your true life-purpose, let me take a minute to talk about an important issue for many people...



How Do I Reconcile This With Strongly Held Religious Beliefs?



Many students have a partner or close friend with strongly held religious beliefs. Maybe you do too? When they began their practice, they wanted to know how Core Energy Meditation fits in with a belief system like Christianity (or even “non-religious” frameworks like secularism or agnosticism).



Well, first of all, Core Energy Meditation works well with any religious or non-religious framework. Like eating well and exercising, it is based on common sense scientific principles that nurture health and well-being in the body and mind. It is a universal practice for any human being.



Core Energy Meditation does not conflict with any other tradition. However, it may appear to conflict with someone’s incomplete understanding of the Deeper Truth of their tradition.



I am a Christian and desire to understand more of God. To get rid of blocks/negative attitudes that, stop the love/life of god flowing from me. Core Energy Meditation ...I have modified CEM to a more Christian aspect as in letting Jesus cleanse me when using the meditation and allowing his body and life to flow through/in/from me and meditating a scripture whist doing CEM (As God is so I am!!) For example, many Christians who practice Core Energy Meditation tell me they feel more connected to God after their practice and throughout their day. Many say that they appreciate the opportunity for “silent prayer” that the practice gives them. This is a great way to explain what you’re doing to others who might not readily accept the practice at first...



How To Explain This To Someone With Strongly Held Religious Beliefs...



Rather than getting into a debate about what’s right and what’s wrong, it’s often best to just say:



“I’m spending a little quiet time each day with God in silent prayer” and leave it at that.



After all, many traditions like Christianity emphasize the importance of prayer, so it’s unlikely you’ll get many arguments on that point. The only difference with silent prayer is that by being quiet and still, you’re giving God the opportunity to speak. Just as the bible says, “Be still and know that I am God” (Psalm 46:10).



In the same way, being still is often the best way to approach this issue with some people whose egos are identified with a narrow understanding of their tradition. Many times it’s best to stay out of a debate if you know it’s not going to get you anywhere! Let your presence and stillness do the talking! You’ll know for yourself when it’s a good idea to talk about your spiritual practice and when it’s not.



Remember, at the end of the day, not everyone is going to approve of everything you do. This is actually a great spiritual practice for the student of Core Energy Meditation – allowing others to be as they are. This is your opportunity to “Be the change you wish to be in the world” as Gandhi said. Jesus used different words to make the same point, “By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” (John 13:35).

How Flexible Are YOU?

Stretching Our Spiritual Flexibility Muscles

Life is absolutely filled with unexpected twists and turns that present us with challenges at each bend in the road. Our ability and our commitment to moving WITH the current while opening our hearts and minds to new ideas and options is the key to harmonious living. It is only when we resist the flow that we encounter stress, drama, and problems. When we shift our focus into the limitless realm of possibility, previously unseen doorways magically open before us and reveal the treasures that are linked together with growth and positive change.

As long as we are focused on narrow, limited views on life and living, we cannot and will not see solutions. Solutions are discovered when the mind is open, the heart is available, and the spirit is leading the way. When we approach all people and situations with eyes of love and positive expectation, we allow for the beauty of every challenge to present itself with ease. When we choose to remain flexible, we will engage a renewed sense of vitality, understanding, and compassion that allows us (previously denied) access to the necessary resources and wisdom within us to guide us through and beyond change.

The more flexible and balanced we are from a spiritual perspective, the less prone we will be to spiritual problems. Flexibility is the characteristic of being able to bend. Spiritual flexibility is the characteristic of being able to bend, to be open-minded, and teachable. Those who are not spiritually flexible are often described as being stiff necked and obstinate. The cure for this dis-ease is to listen. The person who listens is spiritually flexible. He/she is open-minded and teachable. He/she allows for growth. When we embrace the importance of being spiritually flexible and balanced, we recognize that the alternative is to be stubborn and unbalanced. An individual who is stubborn and unbalanced will not experience joy, inner peace, and spiritual victory and will find constant conflict in their relationships with others.

To integrate spiritual stretching into your daily routine, here is a quick checklist to empower you to redirect your focus and create new, more fulfilling experiences by adopting a more flexible attitude and outlook:

* Is my body tense or rigid? If so, breathe deeply and consciously relax whatever is rigid.

* Do I believe there is a steadfast rule-that something must be a certain way to work well? If so, challenge yourself to break that rule just to see that there are other possibilities.

* Am I open to making adjustments in the behaviors I am choosing so that I can learn and grow? If not, go inside and contemplate the cost of remaining resistant and inflexible.

* Am I overly invested in a certain mood or state of being to the degree that I am defined by those moods or states? If so, consciously choose to respond in a different way. Instead of being angry, choose an alternative emotional state such as compassion.

* Am I agenda driven? An example of this would be trying to persuade someone of our view points or beliefs with such rigidity that we create stress for those who are on the receiving end of our persuasive attempts.

* Do I allow myself the opportunity to expand beyond traditions to embrace new experiences and ideas outside of my psychological and cultural comfort zones? If not, challenge yourself to expand.

* Do I get easily fixated and become a creature of habit to the extent that I find it hard to shift out of certain behaviors or expectations? If so, choose new and different ways of doing things.

Often times, we develop an internal rigidity and do not realize that we have lost our flexibility until challenges in life occur. Every person and every situation is a teacher for us, offering the opportunity for growth, understanding, compassion, and healing, When we approach life in this manner, without resisting these circumstances and individuals, life takes on a broader, more expansive meaning. When we can view our challenges as beautiful covered jewels offering growth and healing, our experiences transform in phenomenal new ways.
Go out and stretch those spiritual muscles today and then notice how laughter, joy, and love flow into our experiences with ease. You deserve this.

Governments & Money

Please take a dollar bill from your wallet and hold it up. Done? Great, now please could you tell me what it is?

Well, what's the answer?

The answer is: paper with patterns printed on it. Nothing more. What you're essentially holding in your hand is an "IOU" from the government. You're saying that you trust the government to honor the value of that "IOU" note.

Once upon a time, money was gold coins and actually worth something. In those days, your dollar really would be worth a dollar.

As the financial system became more sophisticated though, paper notes were issued based on government's PHYSICAL holding of gold bullion. However, in 1930, this system (known as The Gold Standard) was dropped. Here in the land of the free, gold was even confiscated from anyone known to be holding it.

Why was this perfectly honorable system dropped? Because it meant politicians could only spend what they owned. By dropping The Gold Standard, governments created their own credit cards in the form of printing presses. They quite literally gave themselves a license to print money!

The result? Inflation (inflation is defined as the quantity of money in the system). This is why you hear about stories from Germany in the 1930s where a wheelbarrow full of cash was needed to buy a loaf of bread. Since 1930, governments, in their quest to win votes by printing their way out of their incompetence, have systematically destroyed wealth of generations.

Your dollar bill buys far less than it did in 1900 right? However, an ounce of gold pretty much buys today what it did 100 years ago! Can you see how powerful belief is?! Belief enables the whole world to think that paper money is actually worth something!

Governments want you to believe that gold is a barbarous relic. Why do you think that is?

Paper money is a huge house of cards, and every now and then, those cards tip over and the price of gold rises. The house of cards has not yet fallen though; it's just started tottering.

In the coming lessons I'll be showing you how to profit greatly from this knowledge. You'll see how knowing the truth empowers you and creates great wealth opportunities. Hence the expression: "And the truth shall set you free"!

How about the money the government promised you later in life in the form of Medicare and social security? Well, social security is expected to be bankrupt by 2042 and Medicare by 2019.

Why? Politicians all claim to want to save social security and yet still carry on raiding it! That's right, all that money you pay in tax isn't going to social security, it's just the government's credit card! As an insider, Senator Ernest Hollings, pointed out: "Obviously the first way to save social security is to stop looting it."

No Conspiracy Theory

At this point it's possible you're considering accusing me of behaving like some paranoid maniac who has watched too many episodes of "The X-Files"!

What I am saying is simply that governments only think of staying in power by whatever means possible. It just so happens that this involves keeping the population fast asleep and working away earning them tax for as along as possible to pay for their games to stay in power. Fair enough?

What I state is FACT not theory. I am not writing this course to impose my personal opinions upon you. I am writing this to tell you the way it actually is. I conform to the school of logic and evidence, not speculation.

Despite the fact that we live in a land with freedom of speech, unfortunately, anyone speaking against politicians at such a deep level is labeled to believe in the 'conspiracy theory' and are therefore labeled to believe in alien landings at Roswell etc. Such people are probably rightly seen as zany.

But it would be extremely naive to deny the fact that as long as humans have been around, there has been conspiracy of some kind at all levels. So before you rush to ridicule conspiracy at high levels of power, let's look at the dictionary definition of "conspiracy": A secret plan to commit an act with political motivation.

Now can you honestly tell me that doesn't go on all the time at all levels of government, media and corporations. P-L-E-A-S-E!

Have you seen the film "JFK"? I'm sure you have, but if you haven't, it's a great movie based on a true story. Anyway, here lies an historical example of how even in the face of overwhelming evidence against a government guilty of conspiracy, the population choose not to believe it.

The population believed the government when they said a single bullet managed to cause so many holes from so many different angles. If the government says 2+2=5, the masses swallow it...just like in George Orwell's apocalyptic novel, "1984".

Why? Because it unsettled them to believe that their beloved leaders could have committed such a crime- it's not possible- the guilty ones must be those who try to attack our government in this way! The government will always win because the majority of its people are sheep and don't want to believe the truth. Republican or Democrat, it makes no difference. Politicians all have the same motive.

Are you one of the sheep or are you ready to wake up and become financially free?

I don't want to launch some sort of revolt against the government! I just want you to see the truth, because strange as it may seem now, this opens the door to financial freedom.
Large Corporations
Large corporations have a large influence on the running of this country (remember, governments can easily be bought because they 'need' money to play their games). For the record, I am not a socialist or anti-capitalist that seeks to share the wealth out to the people by some sort of perverted justice!

The mega-wealthy have become so mostly due to the fact that over the years, many illusions and con tricks have been spoon-fed to the masses by them to ensure that they stay poor. Why?

* The reason they have done this is that they need to have the masses competing to work in their companies so they can pay the minimum wage possible.
* Their closely guarded investment strategies rely on the fact that the masses are afraid, uninformed and lazy.
* Their businesses rely on the fact that the masses are easily manipulated through the media and advertising.
* Where would they be if too many people were in the position of never having to go to work or could make investment decisions at the same intellectual level?

A strange thing about human nature is that we insist on believing that the amount of money we earn must be proportional to the amount of labor we have put in. NOT TRUE! As a Graduate you will learn to use your brain rather than your muscles. Superior knowledge makes all the difference.

Corporations of course, want you to spend money!

Will a stockbroker stop you constantly buying and selling shares?

· Is a drug company going to admit to a natural cure for cancer?

· Is a bank going to spell out the clause in the loan that means you get charged twice as much as you thought?

· Do employers spread rumors about downsizing to make you work harder?

· Will a lawyer divulge the 7 specific methods they employ to cost you more money then necessary?

· Will an "investment adviser" tell you if he knows of a simple way anyone can send their kids to college for FREE instead of buying his poor-performing, yet high commission, products? (and yes, there is a way)

I'll expose the truth behind all of this to YOU in the coming levels!

Once you know The 5 Secrets you become too powerful for corporations to play their dirty tricks on you!

This isn't about living like a cheapskate and having no life! It's about reclaiming personal power and freedom!

The Great Insurance Con

Let's take a baby-step example of how seeing the truth puts you on the road to financial freedom. Right here and now I'm going to tell you how you can easily slash anywhere from $50 to $500 off your monthly bills! No, it doesn't involve starving for a week or any other ridiculous cheapskate plan.

This is a simple and very basic demonstration of how you're deliberately fed misinformation by corporations to rip you off. Remember, if we eliminate your unnecessary monthly expenditures and increase your monthly income, all for little effort, you've won half the battle for financial freedom!

Insurance is big business in America right? Just add up how much you spend each month on all the different types of insurance if you're uncertain! The average American family spends around 10-15% of their hard earned income on insurance. It adds up to thousands each year......a large portion of which is completely wasted!

Why? Because confusion is deliberately created about insurance leaving people as easy prey for insurance salespeople. They prey on the fear caused by the confusion of honest folk. Insurance companies are simply bookies!

Unnecessary insurance is just one of MANY ways you're deliberately kept living paycheck to paycheck, driven into debt and ripped-off!

Most people buy what they don't need, and few don't know how or why to buy what they do need!

A great deal of insurance you buy isn't applicable to most people and/or is duplicated. Insurance companies won't pay out twice! (Please re-read the disclaimer on page 1. You should also check this against any state or Federal regulations that may require certain minimum insurance as applicable.). Here's how I save thousands every year by not participating in the Great Insurance Con:

Auto Insurance:

* This is broken into different components as you know and the minimums vary depending on the state you live in.

* If the value of a car drops below $2-3000 it's time to consider if collision and comprehensive coverage is worth it. Look at your premiums for this component and seriously consider dropping it if this is the case.

* If you already have medical/hospitalization insurance, additional medical coverage on your auto policy is most likely duplicate insurance that you can't collect on, in which case it's a waste of money!

* No-Fault insurance is usually a legal requirement depending on the state you're in, but check you're just paying the minimum, because this is most likely duplicate insurance again. It covers medical (not needed if you already have medical insurance), reimbursement for lost income (other policies should cover this,but we'll talk more about this in a second) and compensation for death (again, you most likely already have life insurance). Property damage is covered under your collision portion of your policy if you have it. Weigh it all up.

* Uninsured motorists coverage is to cover injury to you and others apparently. But again, if you already have medical/hospitalization insurance this is just duplicate insurance and a waste of money.

* Check out how much your premiums fall by if you raise the deductible to $500 or $1000! You'll see them fall drastically! Low deductibles don't make any sense- small claims mean your premiums go up next year because the cost to process a small claim is as much to process a big one.

* You get the lowest premiums with the following: no commuting or commuting less then 10 miles to work, multi cars in same family, advanced driver training at state approved facility (costs no more than $40), good history, alarms, senior citizen. Check you're getting all these discounts and remember to ask for the discount with your existing company too. If you don't ask you don't get!!!

* Shop around! Fewer than 25% of drivers will get more than one quote for auto insurance and the insurance corporations know it! You'll see this if you shop around. Prices will vary wildly from one place to the next.

* Rental cars are a HUGE rip-off with insurance. The sales people at check-in are paid commission to sell you a bunch of stuff you just don't need. CDW is usually already covered by your existing car policy under the 'occasional driver clause' and the rental company policy must cover fire and theft anyway. Accident and injury is usually already covered by your medical insurance and personal effects insurance by your home contents. Check your policies.

Homeowners Insurance:

* Some policies charge for the following: removal of debris, damaged property removal, fire department surcharges, temporary repair to prevent further damage to the property, trees and shrubs and stolen credit cards. If you think about the chances of this event and then compare that to the cost of having these things done yourself, you'll discover this part of the premium is a rip-off usually. Ask your insurer what the premium would be without this and see if you think it's worth it.

* Another way you'll be ripped off is if you try to make a claim and can't prove you ever owned it, they'll deny the claim. So be sure to video/take pictures of all your belongings.

* Also, be sure your possessions are covered at REPLACEMENT value, NOT market value. Another scam they use to avoid paying out.

Loan Insurance:

* One of the biggest rip-offs in the industry. I never bother with insurance on car loans or any other type based on the fact that there is more profit made on the insurance for the loan than the loan itself! If you borrow $10,000, and get loan insurance, you'll pay about $1,000 for the privilege. Around 60% of the premium goes in commission to the loan provider.

* I'm not saying not to insure yourself against the worst. It's all about value for money. You see, if you want to insure yourself against not being able to pay off the loan, you can get no-frills term-insurance that covers you for about 70% less! You may never have heard of term-insurance? There's a good reason for that: it pays very little commission to the salesperson!

* Mortgage payments insurance represents equally bad value and can be replaced with low-cost term-insurance for a fraction of the cost! Mortgage insurers have been known to regularly pay out less than 30% on the dollar. Furthermore, if you died, your heirs would get the pay-out with term insurance, not the mortgage company!

Medical Insurance:

* As much as 50% of your medical insurance premium is to fund the first $1-2,000 of pay out from the insurance company. A small claim costs as much to process as a large one, so it often makes sense to raise the deductible on your medical insurance to $1,000 in most cases. Ask how much your insurance would be with that deductible and see the difference. Even if you pay occasional hospital fees due to the higher deductible, you would still come out ahead most likely.

* Disability insurance is good value only if you're in poor health or very accident-prone. In any case, you are covered by law by your employer if injured at your job! If you look at other benefits you might receive, you'll often find disability insurance is included again. Remember, duplicated insurance is wasted insurance!

* Avoid hyped and TV advertised life and health insurance plans such as low cost life insurance for the ages 55-75 or that insure against a particular disease etc. They usually have a bunch of restrictions, are expensive, and play on your fear.

Life Insurance:

* Life insurance is HUGELY profitable for the insurance companies. Again, circumstances will vary with the individual, but you'll often find that most people have too much/duplicated life insurance. 30% of the life insurance market is young singles with no assets! Now, why would they need life insurance? They have no dependents! Another waste of money.

* People are often sold life insurance on children even! In the highly unlikely and extremely tragic event of that happening, what would you need life insurance for apart from final expenses? The chances of this happening outweigh the cost, which is why it's sold to you. You'll be sold this by playing on how much you love your kids. Truly shameless.

* What about if your kids have grown up and you've no debts? What would you need life insurance for? Who are your dependents? More money wasted.

* More sales myths: "You can borrow your cash value at low interest rates", but all this offering is charging you interest on your own money! "You can borrow tax-free". ALL loans are tax-free anyway!

* Universal life insurance is another costly method. This loses about 30% of the premium to fees.

* Okay, but many of us DO need life insurance, so what's the answer? Again, term-insurance does the job for a far lower cost without all the fancy packaging. This will often result in 70-80% less in life insurance premiums! If you shop around for the best term-insurance deals, you'll find that the insurance companies actually take a LOSS on those policies as a way to tempt you in to buy more expensive policies like the ones we've discussed, don't be tempted!

Liability Insurance:

This is to protect your assets if someone sues you. Do you need it? In the coming lessons I'll be showing you how to become secure against lawsuits so, in that case, it becomes a waste of money.

No-one can touch my assets, no-matter who they are! I'll be empowering you with such knowledge too. All these insurance tips are to be used at your discretion. Everyone needs to have confidence in order to function well within social groups. We need to be sure of ourselves, have faith in the things we say, and rebuff attacks on our sense of well being and self esteem. But occasionally, this confidence gets out of control leading to an ego problem that can result in many of the same issues a lack of confidence can. sleeping well

You can actually train your mind to go without sleep.I know that I think about the struggles I go through everyday and keep that on my mind so I cannot sleep well. Through meditation I have learned to calm down,relax and know that getting so upset over things I cannot change will just make things worse. Now when I come home after a exhausting day I don't let things bother me so much. I actually first started my mediation in the morning before I left and again when I get home.

In the morning I get up about 30 minutes earlier then the rest of the family so I can have time to myself. I go into the kitchen get a book I like or a newspaper,fix me some coffee and just meditate before I have to start my hectic day. When I come home at night I know that with my insomnia I will have another restless night so I start preparing for my night after I get supper cooked the dishes done and kids to bed.

For my meditation at night I will first relax by listening to soothing music. I will turn on a music channel on my television and just kick back and relax. I then get in a hot tub and sit there and let the hot water sooth me. After I get out of the tub I do not wait to go to bed. Since my body is now very relaxed I go straight to bed. I have learned by staying awake watching TV after I am so relaxed will only make it harder for me to sleep.

Since I used my meditation while listening to comforting music and relieving my tension with a hot bath why get upset by watching television. I turn my fan on low get under the covers take some deep relaxing breaths and go to sleep. I'm not saying that I am cured and get 8 hours of sleep every night but I can say that using mediation to relax me has helped me at least get a couple of extra hours of sleep then I use to.

My husband also turns on the little clock radio to a country channel and leaves it on low all night to help him get some sleep.You have got to remember meditation is simply clearing your mind of thoughts that upset you. Once you have cleared your mind over whatever is bothering you it will be to your benefit.

Relaxing is the key to having a better day and night. So find a way of meditation that will help you relax and just enjoy your night. You are worth it and most of all after all you do for everyone you deserve to have a few moments of relaxing meditation.
